Commercial Glazing Contractor
We look after the glass on commercial buildings — shopfronts at street level, curtain wall above it, entrances that get used a thousand times a day, and the partition glass that divides the floors inside.
What We Do
Most glass companies pick a lane. Some only do shopfronts, some only do high-level facade work, and the ones who do interiors rarely touch either. That is fine until a building needs two of them at once and neither will own the interface.
We cover the whole glass line on a commercial property, from the pavement to the top floor. Same contractor, same project manager, same accountability whether the job is one cracked pane or a phased replacement programme across a portfolio.
Services
Cracked, chipped and fogged units swapped out in the existing framing, matched to the original spec.
Window wall, punched openings and spandrel panels, including access and weatherproofing.
Aluminium doors, closers, pivots, panic hardware and the thresholds underneath them.
Street frontage, mall units and multi-tenant runs where a repair has to match its neighbours.
Office fronts, meeting room glazing, frameless partitions and manifestation.
Impact, break-in and storm damage made safe first, with permanent glass scheduled behind it.
Emergency
Securing an opening and replacing the glass are two different jobs on two different clocks. We separate them deliberately, so a building is never left open waiting on a pane that is still being made.
Process
Board-up or temporary glazing so the building is secure and insurable tonight.
Field measure and identify the system, glass type, thickness, coating and fixings.
Written scope with an honest lead time, including anything the framing needs.
Glass set, gaskets and stops reinstated, sealed, hardware adjusted while we are there.
Cleaned, debris removed, walked with you and documented for your records.
One number if anything drops, sticks or leaks after we have gone.
Why Us
Almost never the glass itself. It is the measurement taken off a drawing, the unit ordered before anyone identified the system, the hardware that does not suit the door it was fitted to.
Seals. A fogged unit means the perimeter seal has gone. No field repair exists — it is a replacement.
Hardware. Doors are the most-cycled part of any facade, and a worn closer breaks glass long before the glass is at fault.
Fixings. Movement at the anchorage shows up as cracks that keep coming back in the same corner.
Perimeter sealant. Invisible until it is a water ingress claim two winters later.
Sectors
Frontage, mall units and anchor entrances where trading cannot stop.
Lobbies, ground-floor glazing, office fronts and full facade programmes.
Entrances, vestibules and screens that take constant traffic.
Compliant entrances, safety glazing and low-disruption phased work.
Office fronts, man doors and glazed sections inside working buildings.
Ground-floor retail bays, lobbies, balconies and common-area glazing.

From the Field
Where glazing sits inside a commercial fit-out, and why it is so often the trade everyone ends up waiting on.
The gap between the shell contractor, the fit-out team and the glazier is where most build-out glass problems start.
Too early and it gets damaged by other trades. Too late and the finishes behind it cannot start.
Why a coated insulated unit can quietly become the longest item on the critical path.
Send a photo of the opening and a rough size. We can usually tell you the approach and the lead time the same day.
